Your company dashboard
What owners and admins see on their company's home: app health, top builders, usage and billing, team activity and connections.
When your company's workspace is live, its Overview page shows owners and admins one dashboard with how the company is doing: its apps, its plan, its team and how its apps connect. Members don't see the dashboard. Their Overview shows the workspace address and how to start building.
Apps health
Four figures for the last 7 or 30 days (switch with the toggle at the top of the dashboard):
- Apps: how many your company has, and how many are running, asleep or suspended.
- Failing: apps whose last deploy failed with no successful one since, or where many visits are ending in errors.
- Visits: visits across all your apps, how many ended in errors, and how many apps were visited.
- Deploys: deploys in the period and how many succeeded.
Under the figures, Needs a look lists the apps to check first and why: a failed deploy, many errors, or a suspension. Below that is every app in your company with its state, health, last deploy, the past week's visits and errors, and its deploys over the last 30 days. Choose Failing only to see just the apps in trouble. Click an app to open it.
Builders
Who on your team has been shipping, and which apps people use most, over the last 7 or 30 days. The toggle at the top of the dashboard switches Apps health and Builders together.
- Top builders: up to five people with the most days with a successful deploy in the period. Each one shows their deploys and the number of apps they shipped. People with the same days and the same deploys share a place. A flame marks a weekly streak: the number of weeks in a row, Monday to Sunday (UTC), in which they shipped. The current week never breaks a streak.
- Shipped and Team streak: how many people shipped in the period, and how many weeks in a row someone on the team has shipped.
- Most used apps: your five most-visited apps in the period. Each one shows its visits for each of the last 7 days and the change from the period before. An app that had no visits in the period before shows New.
- Latest achievements: the ten most recent milestones your team reached, newest first.
Each deploy counts for the person who ran it. Deploys we can't link to a person — older ones, or a push from a GitHub account not connected to anyone on your team — count for the app's owner.
| Achievement | Earned when |
|---|---|
| First launch | Someone creates their first app. |
| First ship | Someone ships their first update. |
| 10 ships, 50 ships | Someone's 10th or 50th successful deploy. |
| Own domain | Someone puts one of their apps on its own domain. |
| Automator | Someone sets up their first routine. |
| Connector | One of someone's apps is connected to another app for the first time. |
| Team player | Someone adds a teammate to one of their apps. |
| Crowd pleaser | One of someone's apps gets 1,000 visits in a single week. |
| Comeback | Someone gets an app working again within a day of a deploy that didn't go through. |
| Steady shipper | Someone ships 4 weeks in a row. |
| Whole team shipped | Everyone on the team ships in the same calendar month. It takes at least two people and can be earned again every month. |
| 10 apps live | Your company reaches 10 live apps. |
The card only celebrates. It never lists who hasn't shipped. Like the rest of the dashboard, members don't see it.
Usage & billing
Your plan, how much of it you're using (running apps, visits, data served, file storage, database), the add-ons you have, and when your next invoice is due and for how much. If our team bills you directly, the card says so. The figures are measured once a day, not live. Plan & usage is where you change capacity and Billing & invoices is where you manage payment details.
Team activity
How many people are on the team (admins and members), who has been invited but hasn't signed in yet, and your open invite links. You also see how many people built or shipped something this week, and the latest deploys across the company, each credited to the person who ran it. Add or remove people from Manage team — more in Your team.
Connections
The services your apps use, with any broken connection flagged so you can fix it, and how your apps connect to each other: connected, awaiting your approval, having trouble, or with updates that couldn't be delivered. Open the map shows the whole picture and is where you approve new connections.
