Your dashboard

What the Dashboard shows for your personal account: getting started, your plan and how much of it you use, your newest apps, and where everything else lives.

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It tells you how things stand at a glance — it isn't a list of every app. For the full list, open Apps.

Getting started

Until you've done all three, a Getting started card shows the steps to an app that's fully yours. Each one ticks itself off as soon as you've done it:

  1. Create your first app — pick a template that already works, like a task board or a CRM, and the create page opens with it already chosen. Your AI assistant can change anything later. Prefer an empty app? Choose Or start from a blank app. If you'd rather have your AI assistant build it from scratch, use the card above Getting started.
  2. Deploy a change — Open your app, ask your AI assistant for a change, and it goes live.
  3. Connect your own domain — put an app on an address you own, like shop.yourname.com. Add a domain opens Domains (more in Custom domains). If your current plan doesn't include your own domains, the step tells you, with a link to Plan & usage.

The step to do next has a button; the ones after it tell you what's coming. When all three are done, the card goes away. Don't need it? Hide it with ✕ — it stays hidden in this browser.

Plan & usage

The Plan & usage card shows which plan you're on and how much of it you're using:

  • Running apps — the apps that are awake right now, out of how many your plan allows. Putting an app to sleep frees its slot, and everything about the app is kept.
  • Visits — how many visits your apps are on track to get this month.
  • File storage — the files your apps keep.
  • Routines — scheduled work on your apps, where your workspace runs routines.

A bar turns amber at 80% of what your plan covers and red at the limit. Visits and storage are counted once a day, so they aren't a live meter — a brand-new account shows "Not collected yet" until the first daily count. A figure your plan doesn't limit is shown on its own, without a bar.

On the Free plan, the card offers Upgrade to Solo: more running apps, more storage, your own domains and faster builds. On a paid plan, the card only speaks up when something reaches 80% of what your plan covers. See details opens the full Plan & usage page, where you can put apps to sleep and wake them.

Recent apps

Your three newest apps, each with Open (the live app) and Manage. An app that's asleep says so — wake it from Manage or from Plan & usage. All apps → takes you to the full list.

Haven't built anything yet? Start from Getting started above — or, if you've hidden it, from New app here.

Activity

The Activity card shows the last 7 days of each of your apps:

  • Visits — how much the app was used.
  • Errors — visits that ended in an error.
  • Deploys — each time a new version of the app was deployed.

Each figure is the total for the 7 days, with a small chart of the days underneath. Hover over a chart to see a single day's number.

Apps that need a look come first: an app whose last deploy failed goes to the top, then the apps with the most errors, then the busiest. Each app says when it was last deployed, and shows a label when that deploy failed or is still running, or when the app is asleep or suspended. Click an app's name to open its page in the console.

The card shows up to eight apps. If you have more, All apps → opens the full list.

Visits and errors are counted once a day, so today's numbers fill in after the next daily count. Until your first visits have been counted, the card says "No visits recorded yet" and shows only deploys.

Company workspaces

If you own or co-run a company workspace that is still being set up, a card at the top of the Dashboard shows where it stands and takes you straight back to it. Once it's live, the company's own dashboard is on its Overview page — see Your company dashboard.

Apps shared with you

Apps someone invited you to work on in their own workspace are listed under Shared with you, at the bottom of the Apps page.

Connect GitHub

If your GitHub account isn't connected, a card at the bottom of the Dashboard offers to connect it. Where your code is already kept for you with every deploy, this is optional — connect it only if you also want the code in your own GitHub account.
